Rejoice with me! I now have all the pieces of “Mrs. Job” to finish reviewing the copyedit. Now I can get to work finding a new publisher.
My thanks to Kevin Haws.

Can’t wait to get a copy and read it. Congrats! Sandy
Me too! There’s a long way to go yet, but at least I can start the journey.. Thanks, Sandy
Yay! Congratulations!
Thanks, Susan. Now I hope a renamed and republished Mrs. Job will be on her way to success. I know there’s a lot of work ahead.
Mona! I did not know that mrs Job was missing parts! LOL THis feels very good, though – I mean the last review-thing. And i repeat that I loved it as it was, so there –
Thanks, Leelah. What do you think of the title “The Acacia Tree?”
It misses the time-aspect – and i think it misses the point -?
Sometimes, Leelah, I wish we could just sit down over coffee or something and chat. I would defend the Acacia Tree #1 as playing several parts in the story, and #2 as representing the wisdom of reaching deep for the water below the desert. But the job is not to defend the potential title; it’s to see how it hits people. So thanks so much for paying attention. Your comments mean a lot.
Congratulations! And what a beautiful picture of you!
You are so sweet, Dottie. But then, I knew that all along. Thanks.
Mona – Once again I am unable to navigate your posting system.
However this was my message:
Mona – I wish you the very best of luck in finding a publisher for *Mrs. Job *. I read the original and loved it. I am sure your additions only gilded the lily.
Best, Pat
What kind of problem are you having, Pat? Maybe I can do something about it. Clearly, though, you did get the message this time and I thank you for your lovely comment on “Mrs. Job.”
What a lovely picture. AND…. wonderful news
As usual, you smile even when you write. Thanks.
Congratulations! It’s got to feel awesome to have the book to this stage. I also really like the picture.
Thanks. Your support feels wonderful.
