Thanks to all the wonderful people who helped in the prep, I’m home nice and safe and comfy.
Having trouble, though, catching up with the messy pile of stuff to do –including working on ways to encourage sale of my books. I certainly could use some royalties when the bills start rolling in. Suggestions?
And then there’s the constant urge to nap. I assume that’s an important part of the healing process.
I’m not encouraging lots of visitors, but it would be nice to have some here on the blog.
Things are moving in the right direction.
So happy that you are home, Mona. Take good care.
Thanks, Dottie. Missed you today. I hope things go better for you with Jennifer and Harold. You deserve so much more in the way of good stuff.
I’m glad to hear that you are home and on the mend, Mona.
Now you are home where you can hopefully get some good sleep and heal up quickly! Maybe you can get an interview with a local paper about your life as an author to help encourage sales and offer a discount on the price of a book to so many people who e-mail you or comment on your blog?. Maybe even get an interview on a local TV station. We have a wonderful one called PA LIVE! where they interview all sorts of talented people!
I am blessing you in your abundance – of creativity, LOVELOVELOVE,strength, life and joy. I have the feeling that if you start blessing what you have – and what you have made, – those wonderful useful truthful books, the pressure will go down and the anxiety will go down too. I see you in always having the means you need to thrive and be happy 🙂
So glad you are home… Just call me if you need anything…
Sleep, sleep and sleep some more! Your body requests it is so!
Exactly the advice I want to hear. Thanks … !
So glad to hear that you are home and mending. You are one tough “Swede”. News from the Downs household—-John and I were blessed with a new granddaughter on May 8th. Our son, Andrew and his wife,Lisa, {both age 40] presented us with our miracle baby. They have been married for 5 years, and trying to have a baby for the last 4 years—last egg and last procedure, and we have a perfect 6 lb. 7 0z.baby girl. I got to hold her when she was 5 hours old. WOW! They live in Dover, New Hampshire. John and I plan to spend Father’s day with the new Daddy and family. Continue to heal. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Oh Joy and John! I am so happy for you. It just sends warm feelings through me remembering the joy of cuddling my little grandchildren. There’s nothing like it. Bless you all!
Mona, sorry to hear of the accident but so glad the results are so possitive. Rest and be well.
Thanks so much for your good wishes. And rest? Yes, I can’t help it. Do a bit, take a nap, eat a bit, take a nap, do some more, take a nap. The body insists.
